For other items –

Standard Shipping (for all items excluding those listed in bulky shipping)

Bulky Shipping (applies to Power Tools, Storage, Welding, and Signage)

Returns and Refunds
Stripes Industrial Supplies offers two return options for faulty or incorrectly delivered goods within Australia, applicable under our change of mind policy:
- Exchange or replacement, subject to stock availability.
- Refund to your original method of payment (e.g. credit card).
Returns for Online Orders
Change of Mind Returns
Returns for change of mind on online purchases are accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice. Items must be unused, in original, unopened packaging, with all original ticketing, instructions, manuals, and accompanying materials. Custom and branded items cannot be returned for change of mind returns.
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the sender. Returned items remain your property and responsibility until they reach our store. We will provide you with return details and directions.
Faulty Goods
For returns due to faulty goods, please contact us immediately. We will put you in contact with the store that dispatched your order and they will assist you with the returns process. [ Contact Us ]
Returns for Instore Purchases
Please note that in-store policies may vary. Contact the store where you purchased your item for assistance and details on their returns process.
Timeframes for Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods, please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution’s processing time.
